Buying with installments (or with interests) both put you in debt.

What happens to your house depends on your contract. One scenario, if you die and your next in kin fail to pay what you owe, you lose the house, the seller takes back the house and the debt is cleared. So, make sure your contract covers that you’d like to be done when you die.

As for Hajj, you can always go for Hajj even with debt, and Allah knows best.
